I received someone else’s order. I have sent 4 emails and attempted to call the company. I called the houndstooth store in Fayetteville and they gave me a phone number that no longer works. I never received my orginal order so I can’t review the item I actually ordered but I can say that I’m very disappointed with this company. I will not be ordering from them again. I have been very active in trying to located my order and return the items that I received with absolutely no luck!!

Orders placed by 5 PM Central Time, Monday–Saturday, ship the same day from Arkansas. Shipping is free on orders of $80 or more, and most orders arrive within 2–5 business days of ordering.
Not the right fit? Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or an exchange. Return in person at any Houndstooth store or send it back.
Holiday returns: Eligible purchases made November 1–December 31, 2026, have an extended return window through January 31, 2027.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. Individually marked sale items are not eligible for refunds. Items purchased through a holiday promotion remain eligible under our standard return policy unless individually marked on sale.
