Shipping & Returns
Orders placed by 5 PM Central Time, Monday–Saturday, ship the same day from Arkansas. Shipping is free on orders of $80 or more, and most orders arrive within 2–5 business days of ordering.
Not the right fit? Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or an exchange. Return in person at any Houndstooth store or send it back.
Holiday returns: Eligible purchases made November 1–December 31, 2026, have an extended return window through January 31, 2027.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. Individually marked sale items are not eligible for refunds. Items purchased through a holiday promotion remain eligible under our standard return policy unless individually marked on sale.

Orders placed by 5 PM Central, Monday through Saturday, are packed and handed off to USPS the same day. Everything ships from Arkansas, and most orders arrive in 2–5 business days. You’ll get tracking the moment it’s out the door.
Do you offer free returns or exchanges?
Yes — if something’s not quite right, we’ll make it right. Exchanges and returns are free within 30 days of delivery.

All art and design is created by us right here in Fayetteville, AR. We embroider all of our products in house as well with our top-tier production team to ensure everything meets our standards. Arkansas born, Arkansas made.
