Thought I was purchasing a hard, plastic gift card, but it came to my phone instead. This was supposed to be a stocking stuffer for my grandson and it’s just hard to do now. I have sent a message to houndstooth twice to see if I can get a plastic card in exchange For the phone gift card. Nobody responds to me.
