- The gift card arrives by email — forward it to them, or print it out and tuck it in a card
- They enter the code at checkout online, or show it in store
- Gift cards never expire, and any leftover balance stays on the card for next time

Gift cards can't be returned. Everything they buy with it can, within 30 days.
