Returns


Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free with all original tags and labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date located on your receipt. Items purchased with a discount code/temporary sale of 30% off or more are not eligible for return or exchange.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, place the item securely in its packaging and include your proof of purchase and the return form provided. The return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels. Please send returns to:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Send an email to returns@houndstooth.com including your order number and reason for the return/exchange.

Once the return is received, please allow 5 business days for processing. You will receive an e-gift card via email. This can be used online or at any of our storefront locations.

MISSING/INCORRECT ORDERS:

We thoroughly review each order before it is shipped, however, mistakes do happen. If you received the wrong item(s) or you are missing an item(s) from your order, please email us at retail@houndstooth.com. All reports must be made within 5 days of receiving your order. We will correct our mistake as soon as possible!
